Hon. Bouras DJAMEL is an Algerian Member of Parliament. He was elected 3rd Vice President, representing the Northern African Region in the Bureau of the Pan-African Parliament in May 2018. Prior, he served the PAP as a member of the Permanent Committee on Health, Labor and Social Affairs as well as the Committee on Justice. Hon. Djamel oversees the Portfolio of Finance, Administration and Human Resources.
